Lucy Hope lives in Surrey, UK, with her husband and their three children. After spending 25 years in HR and the corporate world—working with organisations that make a meaningful difference, from schools and rehabilitation clinics to charities and pharmaceuticals—Lucy brings a wealth of people-focused experience to her role at Word Collective. Serving others has always been at the heart of what she does, and she’s excited to now channel that passion into Christian ministry.
Though relatively new to ministry, Lucy has been part of the Word Collective team for two and a half years. She plays a key role in supporting the Fia project, helping the team stay organised and resourced so they can focus on what they’re called to do. She also oversees the translation of Fia materials into gateway languages, helping make them accessible to communities around the world.
Outside of her work, Lucy loves spending time with her family, enjoying music, and keeping active. She counts it a real privilege to be part of a ministry that seeks to serve God and others in such a meaningful way.
